Future-Fit Shipping & Maritime Transformation Workshops Launch

Futurenautics has launched its Future-Fit shipping and maritime transformation workshops covering ESG, re-booting digital, enterprise agility, innovation, leadership & culture.

The workshop series consists of six separate but complementary workshops, all of which can be delivered virtually, as hybrid events, or fully on-site either at client premises or a dedicated venue. Each Future-Fit workshop is based around foundational content which is then tailored according to individual requirements.

“The last two years have been extremely busy working together with many clients helping to identify and address the priorities for future sustainable maritime growth,” said Roger Adamson, Chief Executive of Futurenautics.

“The coronavirus pandemic has accelerated many existing trends within the shipping, maritime and ocean industries, but it has also highlighted several emerging topics including ESG, enterprise and supply-chain agility and leadership that organisations are rightly focussing on. Taking all we’ve learnt over the past few years, together with our understanding of how the future is likely to unfold we’ve created what we believe are a comprehensive set of workshops from which we know clients will achieve concrete outcomes.”

Each shipping and maritime transformation workshop has a clearly defined scope and focus, but the series is flexible enough that certain themes and objectives can be combined or expanded depending on what an organisation needs.

“Some clients operate only in shipping and maritime, whereas others may have a division or business unit within the maritime space which needs to align with broader internal strategic priorities and objectives,” said Roger Adamson. “The beauty of this workshop series is that we can really tailor the content and format to accommodate multiple requirements and stakeholders.”

With the requirements of stakeholders becoming more critical as ESG grows in importance some clients are also incorporating stakeholder engagement as part of the workshop.

“At Futurenautics we’ve always been known for our ability to convene and engage multiple stakeholders at roundtables and events, and we’re increasingly finding clients requesting help with this as part of their future strategy development.”
